refund & exchange

All items purchased are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.

We take utmost care in checking every items before sending them off for delivery. However, if something is missing from your order or if you've received a defective or damaged item, kindly contact us at hello@littlebabyorganic.com with your proof of purchase and/or details of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item(s). 

For us to facilitate a refund or exchange, the item must be unworn, unused and unwashed with original tags/label attached.
